Terms of Service

These terms cover this website, vibecoderplayground.ai, and anything you buy from us through it. If you use the site, these are the terms that apply. "We" means Vibe Coder Playground LLC, whose postal address is at the foot of this page.

A lawyer has not reviewed this page yet. Every point on it is a decision the owner has made, and the wording is going to a lawyer for review. Any term that review changes will change here too, with a new date above.

The desktop app has its own license

The Playground desktop app is free, and it ships with its own license agreement. That agreement governs how you may use the app. This page covers the website and the paid plans sold here once they open.

Your code is yours

You own the code you write and the apps you build with the Playground. Your apps stay in your own folders, and we never store your app’s files.

We own two things the app can record about how it is used: anonymous usage data, and logs of the prompts that pass through it. The app’s consent screen explains both before any of it is collected, and the privacy page says what this website collects.

What an audit or a certificate means

An audit result or a certificate shows what we checked, on the date we checked it. It is not a guarantee. It is not advice of any kind. AI output can be wrong, so read anything the Playground writes for you before you rely on it or publish it.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for the apps you run and deploy, and for any keys and passwords you enter. When you connect another service, such as the Anthropic API or a hosting provider, that service’s own terms cover what you send it, and its charges are between you and it.

Paid plans and credits

None of the paid plans is open yet. The pricing page lists them with their planned prices, and nothing on it can be bought today. Once they open, a paid plan renews on its own every month or every year until you cancel it.

Credits you have used are not refunded by default.

Support

There is no promised reply time for support. Email contact@vibecoderplayground.ai with your question. No plan comes with a deadline for the answer. There is one exception. If you report an accessibility barrier, we aim to reply within 5 business days, as the accessibility statement says.

Limits on what we owe

Our total liability to you on any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing on this page limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
