List your app

Listing an app in the marketplace means publishing its audit certificate. There is no separate form, and nothing to fill in here.

  1. Run the audit in the Playground app. Only an audit the app ran itself can be published as a certificate — a result produced somewhere else and handed back cannot.
  2. Publish the certificate from the app’s badge panel. Its certificate page is your listing: verdict, score, findings and caveats first, and your own description after them, labelled as yours.
  3. It is checked against the published content policy before it goes out. An app the policy refuses is not published, so it never appears in the directory or the marketplace.
  4. We review it before it is listed. A new certificate waits for one of us to approve it. Its badge and its own page work straight away, and it appears in the directory and the marketplace once it is approved. If we turn it down, it stays out of both. Renaming the app or changing your description later sends it back for another look.

A listing lasts as long as its audit does. When the audit expires, the certificate stops being listed until you re-run the audit and publish again.
